The Park Board will overses the park system and services for recreational and leisure enjoyment, as developed and gifted by past generations, for current and future generations of residents and visitors.

Community Engaged Resources

Bring your ideas forward for possible funding by the Rochester Parks and Recreation Board. Resources given could include money and/or supplies for projects or activities within the park system initiated by Rochester residents and approved by the Park Commissioners. and There is $100,000 available annually with project proposals reviewed in April and October. Connect with your Park Commissioner to develop your project proposal.
